Return & Replacement Policy
At Little And Beyond, every product is carefully inspected and packed before shipping. Since our products are manufactured and handled with care, we currently do not offer general returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.
However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit. In such cases, we provide replacement support under the following conditions.
Replacement for Transit Damage
If your order arrives damaged during delivery, we will arrange a replacement.
To process the replacement request, the following is required:

A clear unboxing video recorded while opening the package

The video must show the sealed package being opened

The damage must be clearly visible in the video

The video must be shared with our support team within 24 hours of delivery
Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.
Manufacturing Defects
If you notice a genuine manufacturing defect under normal use, please contact our support team. After reviewing the issue, we will assist you with a suitable resolution.
Manufacturing defects may include issues such as structural problems or print defects that occur on their own.
Cases Not Eligible for Replacement
Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

Damage caused by misuse or rough handling

Normal wear and tear after usage

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish that may occur during manufacturing
